A Pioneer in Communications Expense Management

For more than ten years Comview has been a pioneer and leader in providing web-based call accounting and telemanagement solutions. Formed in 1997 by telecom industry veteran and innovator, John Perri, Comview continues to lead the industry Perri pioneered.

Through his 30 years experience, Perri clearly recognized the increasingly important need for organizations to focus on their core business as a competitive advantage, as well as the incredible leverage the Internet would provide in delivering highly functional, robust business applications. These ideas were to define the initial Comview offering, delivered in early 1998, and recognized as the first web based Call Accounting solution in the market.

Combining this with a company attitude of, “we do the work, you leverage the results” as well as “building customers for life, one at a time”, the Comview platform was an early success. Today, Comview’s expanded service, Total Talk Management includes all essential applications, including Wireless Management, all on one platform, all delivered with that same philosophy in mind.

December 2011 Signed agreement with Siemens Enterprise Networks to implement our Call Accounting solution data for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with more than 60,000 ports.
November 2011 For the second year in a row, once again achieved highest ranking from AOTMP for customer satisfaction.
January 2011 Implemented Total Talk Management full solution for Henry Ford Healthcare, one of the nation’s prestigious health care institutions.
October 2010 Achieved highest ranking from AOTMP for customer satisfaction and sustainable ROI from more than 70 suppliers.
May 2010 Won the Long Island Software Award for Comview’s unique solution to flexible Business Intelligence needs.
March 2010 Created new Business Intelligence module and made standard with all implementations at no additional cost. This module allowes users to make unlimited number of custom charts specific to each users’ needs.
December 2008 Launch of our new worldclass website, designed and built by the Northeast’s leading web design and marketing firm, eMagine.
January 2007 Sign agreement with EDMC to provide real time call accounting services for more than 70 locations. Today EDMC has more than 250 unique users logging into the system and generating hundreds of reports monthly.
January 2006 Move headquarters to a larger location to handle growing staff.
November 2005 Expand our professional services offering to include all aspects of cellular life cycle services with RFP design, vendor selection, corporate policy creation and implementation.
September 2005 Introduce the completely redesigned Version 4 platform encompassing managing and processing of all enterprise telecom usage sensitive information including all Cellular devices.
June 2004 Move our data center to Invision Inc, the largest Long Island provider of hosting/managed IT services
Oct 2003 Introduce the first “real time” Web based Call Accounting service
March 2003 Sign agreement to deliver the first global call accounting solution, completed in July 2003, initially including more than 30 countries
April 2000 Sign major agreement to supply Call Accounting services to more than 200 schools for New York City Board of Education, later growing to over 600 schools.
June 1999 Sign first major contract with a division of Fortune 5 company, General Electric, GE.
September 1998 Round out offerings with ancillary consulting services to reduce costs by providing PBX optimizations
March 1998 Comview introduces the first web based Call Accounting Solution
