Senior Telecom Analyst - Client Manager
We are looking for a Senior Telecom Analyst with at least 5 years of experience (from either the TEM supplier or end user space) who will work with our customers from implementation through ongoing client management. You will be responsible for excellent service delivery including timely loading and validation of invoice and circuit inventory data, auditing of customer data, working with the customer and carriers for dispute management and resolution, general ledger feeds and reporting. You will also interface with internal resources to insure ongoing requirements are met.
